Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Analyst, Bangkok:
  • Ensure compliance with UNDP procurement rules.
  • Support monitoring of procurement processes.
  • Organize RFQs, ITBs, RFPs, and evaluation processes.
  • Provide procurement support and translate policies.
  • Analyze cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier rosters.
  • Train staff on procedures and organize regional procurement training.
• Policy Analyst, Geneva:
  • Assist in the global monitoring exercise.
  • Draft country-level stories and communication materials.
  • Support website and social media content updates.
  • Assist in preparations for global events related to development cooperation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree + 2 years experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 4 years experience.
• Fields: Procurement, Public Policy, Economics, etc.
• Fluency in Korean and English; French or Spanish is desirable.
