This program offers the 1325 Scholarship in Memory of Zaida Catalán 2026, a unique opportunity for early-career Palestinian peacebuilders committed to advancing the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be young peacebuilders in Palestine
• Have at least two years of relevant work experience in civil society
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to:
  • Women, Peace and Security
  • Gender equality
  • Peacebuilding
• Intend to continue working on these issues locally after the scholarship ends
