Overview

The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program 2026 offers a fully funded experience in Rabat, Morocco, for emerging leaders across Africa and the Atlantic Basin.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be 25–35 years old as of December 6, 2026.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Applicants should be citizens or residents from Africa, Europe, the Americas, or the Caribbean.
• A significant professional experience in their field is necessary.
• Engagement in roles involving responsibility, influence, or decision-making is essential.
• Availability for the full program period (December 6–12, 2026) is mandatory.
