Business Transformation Lead @Expion Health

Overview

This role offers an opportunity to lead the integration of AI into business operations at Expion Health, driving transformation and building internal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Transformation (65%)
  • Own the AI transformation roadmap from strategy to execution.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with leaders to find high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Design and lead the AI Champions program, including recruitment and training.
  • Build role-based AI learning pathways tailored to departmental needs.
  • Partner with executives to prioritize and resource AI initiatives.
  • Track and communicate progress against transformation milestones.
• Build Capability & Culture (20%)
  • Promote a culture of curiosity around AI and continuous improvement.
  • Develop internal AI literacy programs and educational resources.
  • Stay updated on AI tools and best practices.
  • Help define Expion's AI Use Policy in collaboration with Legal and IT.
• Align & Influence (15%)
  • Advise executive leadership on AI transformation strategies.
  • Build collaborative relationships across functions.
  • Represent the AI transformation initiative at company events.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business transformation or operations leadership with AI application experience.
• Proven ability to engage with department leaders on practical AI solutions.
• Experience designing training programs for non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and automation platforms.
• Strong communication skills to influence both executives and front-line staff.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative and focused on others' success.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
