Overview

This consultancy role focuses on empowering Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and livelihood support under the Breaking Barriers Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessment on financial literacy gaps
• Develop inclusive training modules
• Deliver workshops in accessible formats
• Provide mentorship and coaching
• Support Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLA) formation
• Link participants to financial institutions
• Document reports and success stories

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in financial literacy and entrepreneurship training
• Knowledge of disability inclusion
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

Benefits

Deliverables include a training curriculum, workshops across BAY states, evaluation and final reports, and practical tools for sustainability.

Location

Onsite role in Adamawa, Borno, Yobe (BAY States), Nigeria.
