Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data
• Formulate and test hypotheses to address client challenges
• Develop structured, evidence-based recommendations
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Support implementation of solutions alongside client teams

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master’s degree with outstanding academic achievement
• Less than one year of continuous professional work experience
• Proven leadership through extracurricular activities or work experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Location

The primary location for this role is Nairobi, Kenya, with opportunities to work across other African offices.
