Fort Knox Consulting is currently recruiting qualified candidates for the role of Dispatch / Recovery Officer on behalf of its client. This is a full-time opportunity available across multiple locations in Nigeria, offering a structured role that combines logistics, customer engagement, and financial recovery responsibilities.

Job Overview

The Dispatch / Recovery Officer will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of items and effective recovery of outstanding debts from customers. This role requires individuals who are organized, reliable, and capable of working in both field operations and customer-facing environments.

The position involves frequent movement within assigned areas, making it ideal for candidates who are comfortable with fieldwork and direct client interaction.

Nasarawa: Lafia, Keffi LGA, Nasarawa Town
Kogi: Okene, Lokoja, Kabba
Delta: Asaba, Oshimili South, Agbor, Warri
Edo: Benin City
Ogun: Ilaro

Salary & Employment Details

Salary: ₦175,000 Monthly
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

Deliver items, documents, and packages to assigned locations promptly
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding loan repayments
Conduct physical visits to recover overdue payments
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and recovery activities
Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers where necessary
Provide daily reports on delivery and recovery progress
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of assigned motorcycle and company assets
Comply with all traffic and safety regulations
Escalate unresolved recovery issues to management

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

Possess a minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc degree
Have basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and mathematics
Have at least 2–3 years of experience in SME loans or merchant lending
Previous experience or training in sales is an added advantage
Be physically fit and willing to work in a field-based role
