This programme offers an excellent opportunity for young graduates to build a career in banking while gaining exposure to FirstBank’s operations across Africa.

Eligibility

Applicants must be a maximum of 27 years old by 30 June 2026
A minimum of five credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE), including English Language and Mathematics
A minimum of Second-Class Honours (Lower Division) degree or Upper Credit in HND in any discipline
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme on or before 30 June 2026

Candidates are expected to possess strong competencies including excellent communication skills, analytical thinking ability, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Applicants should also demonstrate creativity, innovation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
