Overview

This role offers a hybrid work structure within Talent Lab, focusing on HR operations and workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and manage employee benefits.
• Coordinate goal-setting initiatives and appraisal cycles for performance management.
• Develop and implement training frameworks to improve employee skills and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in HR operations or HR generalist functions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with HR systems.

Benefits

Competitive monthly net salary ranging from ₦500,000 to ₦600,000.
