The International Development Research Centre (IDRC) is inviting qualified teams to submit proposals for a comprehensive evaluation of the Step Change Program through the Step Change Final Evaluation procurement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a final evaluation of the Step Change Program based on the official Statement of Work.
Deliver evaluation services and provide recommendations for future programming and decision-making.

Requirements

Experience in program assessment, development evaluation, and impact measurement.
Expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).
Experience in International Development, Gender and Social Inclusion Programs, Research and Policy Analysis.
Final Project Evaluations experience.
