The Industrial Training Fund (ITF), in partnership with the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) and Nigerian Breweries Plc, invites applications from qualified young Nigerians for its 12-month Technical Skills Development Programme.
This initiative is designed to equip participants with practical, industry-relevant skills that enhance employability and entrepreneurial capacity in today’s fast-changing workplace.

The programme focuses on building technical expertise, fostering innovation, and promoting a public-private partnership model in vocational and technical skills training across Nigeria.

Training will take place at the Nigerian Breweries Supply Chain Academy in Ibadan, with practical attachments at brewery locations in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode, and Kaduna.
