    • Designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks

    Key Responsibilities

    The selected candidate will oversee the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems across Independent Power Producer projects.

    Monitoring and Evaluation Framework Development

    Responsibilities include:

    • Developing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
    • Establishing systems to measure Economic Development (ED) commitments.
    • Creating compliance policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
    • Updating monitoring systems to reflect changes in Implementation Agreements.

    The Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations through ongoing monitoring activities.

    • Ensuring quarterly Economic Development reports are submitted.
