This opportunity offers qualified professionals the chance to contribute to humanitarian work with Bridge for Women Development Initiative (BOWDI), a women-led non-profit organization based in Borno State, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

MEAL Officer (Full-Time | 4 Months): Lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning efforts, design data collection systems, strengthen accountability mechanisms, support program learning, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
FCRM Assistant (Contract | 4 Months): Support management of feedback and complaint mechanisms, ensure accessibility of communication channels, handle sensitive complaints professionally, engage communities, and support accountability processes.

Requirements

For MEAL Officer: At least three years of field experience in humanitarian or development settings, strong analytical skills, and experience with qualitative and quantitative data systems.
For FCRM Assistant: At least one year of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and an understanding of community-centered approaches, especially with women and vulnerable groups.
