This program offers a full-time Postdoctoral Researcher position focused on International Law and Value Collisions Research as part of the COLLISIONS project, starting on September 1, 2026, for a two-year term.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct advanced legal research on how international courts and UN Treaty bodies resolve conflicts between competing values.
Support research activities, including organizing events and workshops.
Contribute to teaching within the Hertie School’s Master of International Affairs program.

Eligibility

Applicants should possess a completed or imminently expected doctorate in law, politics, or a related discipline, along with expertise in international courts, regional human rights systems, or UN Treaty bodies.
