Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of insurance products to meet and exceed assigned targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and repeat business
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate policy documentation and risk assessment
- Prepare and submit sales reports and necessary client documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Proven experience in underwriting required
- Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or BSc in any related field
- Must have completed NYSC
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet goals
