Overview

This position offers the opportunity to become the Security Risk Manager for Lafiya, crucial for ensuring safe access to healthcare delivery across Nigeria, particularly in Abuja and field locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Lafiya’s Security Management Plan (SMP).
• Conduct regular Security Risk Assessments and update safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with international safety frameworks and ethical standards.
• Oversee security standards across third-party service providers.
• Develop an intelligence-driven security system and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead incident management and develop security training for staff and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least six years of experience in security operations, risk management, or logistics-related security functions.
• Fluency in English and Hausa.
• Strong knowledge of regional security dynamics.
