Overview
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the digital presence of a brand and elevate its voice across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Curate, design, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Engage actively with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal online community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years’ hands-on experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proven success in growing and managing brand accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Strong working knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, and platform insights.
- Excellent English copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and campaigns.
- High level of visual creativity and understanding of content trends.
- A strong portfolio showcasing measurable growth and successful campaigns is mandatory.
