The DIV Fund is a global innovation funding mechanism that supports evidence-based solutions aimed at improving the lives of people living in poverty. It operates through a tiered financing model that invests in innovations with strong potential for measurable impact, cost-effectiveness, and long-term scalability across low- and middle-income countries.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include:

• Nonprofit organizations
• Social enterprises
• Universities
• Research institutions
• Businesses
• Technical assistance providers
• Multi-sector partnerships

The fund does not support individual applicants directly.

Benefits

This program offers funding across three structured stages, including:

• Stage 1: Piloting - Up to US$200,000
• Stage 2: Testing and Positioning for Scale - Up to US$500,000
• Stage 3: Transitioning to Scale - Up to US$1.5 Million

Each stage supports innovations from real-world pilot testing to large-scale implementation.
