Overview

This program offers a seven-month immersive experience from January to July 2027, where selected fellows will work full-time in congressional offices and participate in structured policy seminars focused on public policy affecting women and families.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program OR completed a graduate program within two years of the fellowship start date.
• Must have completed at least nine graduate credit hours before applying.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States at the time of application.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Benefits

• Monthly stipend of approximately $4,400 (gross).
• Additional $1,000 stipend for health insurance coverage.
• Direct experience in U.S. congressional offices and hands-on legislative research experience.
