Overview

This program offers female engineering graduates and final-year students the opportunity to transition into technical careers in Cambodia’s expanding clean energy sector through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

Eligibility

• Females who have graduated within the past three years or are completing a final-year thesis in a relevant field.
• Fields of study include Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
• Must demonstrate interest in clean energy and technical career development.
• Willingness to travel for placements in Phnom Penh and/or provincial sites.
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
