    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver monthly Net Invoice Value (NIV) targets
    • Drive sales volume and revenue growth across your area
    • Manage and grow distributor/channel partner performance
    • Expand and maintain customer base within your territory
    • Ensure range selling (full product coverage)
    • Maintain zero debt exposure with partners
    • Monitor distributor performance and submit weekly reports
    • Strengthen partner relationships and communication channels

    Requirements

    • Minimum B.Sc. in a related field
    • Strong communication & presentation skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
    • High attention to detail
