Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness & sales.
• Lead and supervise marketing campaigns & promotions.
• Manage and motivate the marketing team to hit targets.
• Build strong client and partner relationships.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and deliver reports/insights.
• Work closely with media & design teams on branding.
• Implement customer engagement & retention strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, branding, or advertising agencies.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple campaigns.
• Understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong in strategy, communication, and analytics.
