Overview

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a program aimed at preventing child mortality by encouraging infant immunization through cash transfers to mothers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Field Managers in overseeing cash transfer disbursements at public clinics to enhance immunization coverage.
Ensure high-quality operations of the program in selected clinics.
Provide leadership and support to Field Officers.
Nurture relationships with clinic staff and stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of ND in Health or Natural Sciences.
Existing residence in or willingness to relocate to Niger, Sokoto, Kebbi, or Zamfara State.
Experience with the Nigerian health system and related documentation.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hausa.
Detail-oriented with strong managerial and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication technologies.
