Key Responsibilities

Represent the organization on language technology and social impact discussions.
Raise the profile of CLEAR Global’s initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders.
Implement strategic plans aligned with CLEAR Global’s mission.
Oversee financial planning and organizational integrity.
Foster an inclusive organizational culture.
Promote active community involvement and advocate for language equity.
Engage with funders to support programs and advocate for language technology's role in social impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in nonprofits or social impact sectors.
Strong background in African/Asian language technology ecosystems.
Experience in management and strategic planning.
Knowledge of international aid and non-profit best practices.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of minority languages preferred.
