    Cherie Blair Foundation for Women has announced a new vacancy for a Research & Insights Advisor to support its growing portfolio of applied research focused on women entrepreneurs and economic empowerment globally.

    The position offers professionals with strong research and analytical expertise an opportunity to contribute to a major international study examining women entrepreneurs’ access to finance in the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Vietnam.     Research Role Focuses on Women’s Entrepreneurship and Economic Inclusion

    According to the Foundation, the Research & Insights Advisor will play a central role in delivering high-quality research and generating evidence that strengthens programmes, informs policy discussions, and contributes to broader understanding of women’s entrepreneurship.

    The role sits within the organization’s Research & Impact function, which forms part of the wider Programmes & Impact department.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Research & Impact and support:

    • Research design and implementation
    • Data analysis and interpretation
    • Development of research tools
    • Coordination with consultants and partners
    • Production of reports and policy briefs
    • Communication of findings to stakeholders

    The organization stated that the role requires the ability to translate complex evidence into practical and accessible insights for funders, policymakers, programme teams, and financial-sector actors.

    Multi-Country Study on Women’s Access to Finance

    A key focus of the role will be supporting a new multi-country research project examining barriers and opportunities linked to women entrepreneurs’ access to finance across three countries:

    • United Kingdom
    • Mexico
    • Vietnam

    The Foundation noted that the research will contribute to ongoing efforts to improve economic inclusion and create fairer business environments for women entrepreneurs globally.

    The role will involve both quantitative and qualitative research tasks and requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.

    Flexible Working Arrangement and Salary Details

    The position is offered on a temporary fixed-term basis at 0.5 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), allowing for flexible working arrangements.

    Working conditions include:

    • Remote working option available
    • Hybrid arrangement with one day per week in London
    • Salary of £22,848 for the part-time role
    • Equivalent to approximately £45,696 full-time annual salary

    Skills and Experience Required

    The Foundation is seeking candidates with strong applied research experience and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
