Overview

This nationwide research initiative offers individuals a chance to contribute as Data Collectors for a major study titled “Citizen Mobilisation and Alternative Pressure Mechanisms in Political Action.” Selected candidates will gather credible insights on citizen participation in civic and political processes across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Implement field-level data collection activities in line with the study’s methodology and ethical standards.
Work closely with supervisors and project coordinators.
Administer structured questionnaires and conduct interviews in assigned communities.
Ensure all collected data is complete, clean, and properly verified before submission.
Engage effectively with respondents and community stakeholders.

Eligibility

Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrate proficiency in local languages within the assigned state.
Have prior experience in data collection tools such as Kobo Collect and Google Forms.
Available for a mandatory training session on Saturday, 16th May 2026.
Available for 10 days of fieldwork from 18th to 30th May 2026.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
