TeamAce Limited is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable organization in the financial sector for the position of Field Credit Officer. This is a full-time role available across multiple locations, including Delta, Edo, Ekiti, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Lagos, Nasarawa, Ogun, Ondo, and Osun States.

The Field Credit Officer will be responsible for conducting regular field visits to customers to monitor credit performance and facilitate the recovery of delinquent loan accounts. The role involves engaging customers professionally to assess their repayment capacity and negotiating feasible repayment plans where necessary. The successful candidate will also be expected to closely monitor loan accounts, follow up on repayment commitments, and ensure strict adherence to agreed terms.

In addition, the officer will document all field activities, customer interactions, and outcomes accurately using approved systems. Identifying high-risk and non-performing loan accounts is a key aspect of the role, with a requirement to escalate such cases in line with established procedures. The position also demands full compliance with internal credit policies, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, and other applicable laws governing financial operations.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Candidates should have a minimum of one to two years’ experience in credit operations, loan recovery, or a similar role within a financial institution or microfinance bank. A solid understanding of credit administration and loan recovery processes is essential.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts effectively, and meet assigned performance targets.
