    The company is currently recruiting Field Sales Representatives (Bike Riders) across several states in Nigeria, including Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Oyo, Ogun, Abia, Adamawa, Anambra, Bauchi, Benue, Cross River, Ekiti, Katsina, Ondo, Sokoto, Taraba, Zamfara, and other locations. The role is designed for energetic, target-driven individuals who can operate effectively within assigned territories and contribute directly to sales growth and customer engagement.

    The Field Sales Representative is responsible for visiting customers and retail outlets within designated routes using a motorcycle. The officer promotes and sells company products to both new and existing customers while ensuring consistent market penetration and customer retention. They are expected to generate and process customer orders accurately, deliver products promptly, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

    In addition, the role involves achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers. The representative identifies new sales opportunities within assigned routes, collects payments where applicable, and ensures proper reconciliation of all transactions. They also maintain accurate records of sales activities, stock movement, and customer feedback to support business decision-making.

    The position requires candidates with an SSCE or OND qualification and 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, or field marketing. Applicants are expected to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic numeracy ability, and the capacity to work independently in the field. A valid rider’s permit and the ability to ride a motorcycle are essential requirements.

    The role is performance-driven, offering a monthly salary of ₦140,000 plus commission where applicable. Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate discipline, integrity, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets while representing the organization professionally in the field.
