🔍 Job Summary

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and driving deposit mobilization while delivering excellent banking services. The role plays a key part in achieving the bank’s commercial objectives through customer engagement, product cross-selling, and consistent service delivery.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and grow the branch deposit base (CASA focus)
• Manage assigned customer portfolios and ensure active account usage
• Market and cross-sell banking products such as savings, current accounts, fixed deposits, cards, and e-channels
• Support consumer lending products where applicable
• Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high service standards
• Participate in sales campaigns and community marketing initiatives
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual performance targets

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of retail banking operations and products
