    Overview

    The Head of Sales role offers the opportunity to build a predictable and scalable sales function that continually converts qualified leads into successful customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and improve core sales KPIs: Booked Revenue, call numbers, show-up rate, call closes, and total pipeline value.
    • Diagnose performance gaps across the funnel and identify bottlenecks impacting conversion and revenue.
    • Audit and redesign the full sales process, improving efficiency and conversion.
    • Own and optimize CRM (HubSpot) for accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales contractors.
    • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability systems.
    • Implement regular call reviews and feedback loops to improve consistency and performance.

    Requirements

    • Experience in high-ticket sales, particularly in coaching or education.
    • Background in startup or fast-moving environments.
    • Strong ability to diagnose complex funnel issues.
    • Experience managing sales teams and implementing systems in ambiguous environments.
