The International Rescue Committee (IRC), one of the world’s leading humanitarian organizations, has announced a new opening for an HR Associate based in Nairobi, Kenya. The role, which will operate under a hybrid working model, is aimed at strengthening the organization’s human resources operations while supporting employees across the onboarding and employment lifecycle.
