Eligibility

• PhD holders in the social sciences or humanities (defended after January 1, 2020)
• Must reside in an East African country (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, or Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo)
• Applicants must be under 45 years old
