Overview

This role offers an opportunity for a highly experienced Content Lead to drive content strategy and production efforts for Power to Decide, a national nonprofit focused on advancing sexual and reproductive well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Produce audience-focused content across multiple platforms for Bedsider and AbortionFinder.
Oversee content quality and brand alignment organization-wide.
Develop culturally relevant storytelling and campaigns targeting young audiences.
Manage content optimization and rapid-response content regarding reproductive health issues.
Collaborate on content calendar planning and lead content strategies using data analytics.
Oversee Spanish-language content adaptation and creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product roadmaps.
Recruit and supervise content consultants and staff.

Requirements

Master’s degree in public health or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
Proven experience in managing digital content programs.
Leadership experience managing teams and consultants.
Proficiency in content management and digital tools.
Organized and proactive, capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Benefits

Salary Range: $112,600 – $146,800 annually.
