Overview

This position offers the opportunity to serve as the Energy Law Manager for Nigerian Agip Exploration Ltd, providing critical legal advisory and support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on contracts, licenses, commercial agreements, and corporate governance
• Support departments in meetings with government authorities and external stakeholders
• Participate in internal and external legal working groups
• Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and legal risk management
• Manage relationships with external legal service providers
• Liaise with Eni’s central legal department on critical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable Nigerian university
• Registered with the Nigerian Bar Association
• Proven experience in a similar managerial legal role
• Strong knowledge of energy law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
