Overview

This position offers the opportunity to oversee the implementation of all Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) activities at the base level, ensuring that services are delivered in line with standards and international guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of psychosocial support activities.
• Supervise field staff and manage Psychosocial Workers (PSWs).
• Conduct regular capacity-building sessions, including training on Psychological First Aid (PFA).
• Facilitate case management meetings and support staff wellbeing.
• Monitor and report on program performance, including data collection and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Integrate MHPSS services across sectors such as Protection, Health, Nutrition, and Livelihoods.

Requirements

• Experience in MHPSS interventions.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to conduct training and capacity building.
• Excellent data management and reporting skills.
