Overview

This role offers a skilled professional the opportunity to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations in Kano State, ensuring efficient production processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to ensure optimal output.
Monitor production processes to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
Coordinate production staff, streamline workflows, and ensure effective utilization of equipment.
Identify and resolve operational challenges to reduce downtime.
Enforce workplace safety policies and compliance procedures.
Prepare detailed production reports and track performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production targets.
Experience in managing teams and coordinating large-scale production processes is an advantage.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦350,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
