    Key Responsibilities

    • Data collection and coding on eviction dynamics across major and secondary cities in Kenya and Ethiopia.
    • Administrative support, workshop coordination, and project management assistance.
    • Writing-related tasks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
    • Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with Excel; knowledge of local languages (Kiswahili, Amharic) is advantageous.
    • Desirable qualifications include Master’s-level studies, experience with conflict-related data coding, GIS analysis, and statistical software such as R.
