This program offers a Summer Program on Parliamentary Democracy in Europe, focusing on the theme "Parliaments and War: From Diplomacy to Security." The summer school will take place in Rome from 13–17 July 2026 and provides an opportunity to explore the role of parliamentary institutions during geopolitical crises.
