This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of global child rights advocacy and humanitarian action by serving as the Secretary General of ChildFund Alliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Global advocacy and policy influence

• Execution of the Alliance Strategic Plan
• Coordination and leadership of the Members Council

Requirements

• Proven executive leadership experience within international development, humanitarian, or nonprofit sectors
• Strong expertise in child rights advocacy and global development policy
• Exceptional relationship-building and consensus-building skills
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships and global collaborations
• Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and change
• High-level communication and representation skills
• Strategic vision combined with operational excellence
