Overview

This role offers an opportunity to lead and grow the major gifts program at the Conservation Lands Foundation, focusing on expanding donor relationships and increasing the organization’s fundraising capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and solicit new individual donors and family foundations.
• Re-engage lapsed donors and develop personalized strategies for upgrades.
• Manage a portfolio of 50–75 donors and prospects.
• Contribute to reaching a revenue goal of $1.5M+ annually.
• Design and host small donor gatherings in key regions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and tactical execution skills.
• Experience managing donor pipelines and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month.
• Passion for conservation or related causes.
