Overview

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen CREA’s global communications strategy and amplify feminist advocacy across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and disseminating newsletters and organisational updates
Managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Overseeing website content updates and digital storytelling initiatives
Coordinating production of reports, campaigns, event materials, and publications
Collaborating with designers, editors, and media professionals on communication products
Supporting donor reporting and documentation processes

Requirements

Significant experience in communications, ideally within NGOs or international development organisations
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong writing and editorial skills in English
Experience managing social media and digital campaigns
Knowledge of feminist, gender, and human rights issues
Ability to coordinate events, campaigns, and advocacy materials
Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Hindi (advantageous)

Benefits

CREA offers a monthly salary range of INR 75,000 to INR 150,000, depending on qualifications and experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
