MEAL Coordinator @Solidarités International

Overview

This role offers an opportunity to lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities across the country program in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to multi-year strategy development and annual reviews.
• Lead MEAL system assessments and translate findings into action plans.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of MEAL tools and processes.
• Supervise data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and manage complaint and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate evaluations, research, and learning exercises.
• Review and strengthen MEAL components in proposals and reports.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, etc.).
• Strong experience in MEAL systems within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Proven skills in data analysis, reporting, and programme quality assurance.
• Experience managing teams and working in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of accountability and data protection principles.
