Key Responsibilities
- Developing short- and medium-term recruitment strategies aligned with operational needs
- Coordinating workforce planning with internal departments and career managers
- Analysing staffing pipelines and identifying future hiring requirements
- Managing recruitment metrics and performance tracking systems
- Designing and improving recruitment policies and procedures
- Overseeing recruitment budgeting and annual planning
- Building partnerships with universities and academic institutions
- Engaging professional associations and recruitment networks
- Organising recruitment campaigns and awareness events
- Ensuring efficient and transparent hiring processes
- Supervising recruitment teams and monitoring performance
- Producing monthly reports and strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- A graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment analytics and performance metrics
- Understanding of labour legislation and recruitment policies
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
