💼 ROLE OVERVIEW:
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, and analytics, where creativity meets performance. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-converting campaigns, designing engaging visuals, and optimizing user journeys to drive measurable results.

🚀 WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Design and build high-converting landing pages for campaigns, webinars, and reports
• Create engaging visual assets for ads, social media, and email campaigns
• Analyze user behavior and performance data to improve conversions
• Contribute to product positioning and messaging for different audiences (ICPs)
• Collaborate with content and growth teams to test and scale new ideas
• Maintain a consistent and modern visual brand identity across all channels

🎓 REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in marketing design
• Strong proficiency in Figma for web and marketing design
• Solid understanding of conversion design principles (visual hierarchy, color psychology, typography, etc.)
• Experience designing creatives for Meta, Google, X, and LinkedIn ads
• Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analysis
• Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation strategies

• Basic knowledge of UX writing or copywriting
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas clearly
