    Job Summary

    The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving the company’s loan and investment portfolio. The role involves managing loan applications, evaluating creditworthiness, and ensuring efficient processing of financial transactions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth through sales and customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and supporting documentation
    • Conduct interviews with applicants to assess financial eligibility
    • Analyze financial data and determine appropriate repayment plans
    • Communicate effectively with clients to obtain or provide necessary information
    • Justify approval or rejection decisions and maintain accurate records
    • Prepare and finalize loan contracts while advising clients on terms and policies
    • Review loan agreements for accuracy and compliance
    • Update account records, compute repayment schedules, and process transactions
    • Collaborate with underwriters to resolve application-related issues
    • Stay updated on financial products, loan types, and industry practices
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan or investment products
    • Build referral networks and explore new sales channels
    • Cross-sell financial products to meet and exceed targets
    • Ensure full compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
    • Mobilize deposits and contribute to overall revenue growth

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Achievement of monthly loan and investment targets
    • Reduction in non-performing loans
    • Maintenance of at least a 90% customer retention rate

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
    • Proven experience working as a Loan Officer or in a similar role
    • Familiarity with banking systems and financial software
    • Strong understanding of lending processes and financial products
    • Excellent sales and customer service orientation
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

    • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software tools
