Technical Advice Connect Limited/GTE (TAConnect) is a non-profit organization established in 2021 to deliver innovative and demand-driven Technical Assistance (TA) to strengthen Primary Healthcare (PHC) systems across Nigeria. Founded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, TAConnect supports states in improving healthcare performance and increasing access to RMNCAH+N services.

As part of its growing operations, TAConnect is recruiting qualified and experienced professionals for multiple positions across Nigeria.

POSITION: ASSOCIATE, PROGRAM & ADMIN
Location: Gombe State
Slots: 2

Role Overview:
The Program & Admin Associate will provide both programmatic and administrative support across TAConnect’s portfolio, including PHC system strengthening and RMNCAH+N programs. The role involves coordinating logistics, supporting program implementation, managing office operations, and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support technical teams with data compilation, reporting, and presentations
• Assist in work plan development, budget tracking, and financial reporting
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training logistics
• Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping systems
• Provide administrative and finance-related office support
• Maintain filing systems, inventory, and office operations
• Support program monitoring and implementation tracking
• Manage schedules, communications, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in public health/program administration
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Hausa is an added advantage)
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and within a team
• Willingness to travel within Nigeria
