    Overview

    This role supports the Deputy Director by ensuring smooth administrative, logistics, and liaison operations in Northwest Nigeria. You will play a key part in coordinating office activities, engaging government stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage procurement processes and administrative budgets
    • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics
    • Maintain filing systems, office inventory, and documentation
    • Supervise drivers or manage transport arrangements
    • Organize meetings, trainings, and workshops
    • Build relationships with government authorities and agencies
    • Track policy and regulatory developments
    • Ensure timely submission of official reports
    • Represent NIF in stakeholder meetings
    • Improve admin and logistics systems
    • Support coordination, reporting, and compliance activities

    Requirements

    • Degree/Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years experience in admin/logistics/liaison roles (humanitarian context preferred)
    • Experience working in complex or insecure environments
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Good communication and stakeholder engagement ability
    • Fluency in English (Hausa is an added advantage)
