    Overview

    This opportunity offers a role as a Coordinator for the Humanitarian Team, focusing on supporting internal operations and external engagement in a globally influential network.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing calendars, meetings, and agendas for 9 country working groups.
    • Liaising with co-chairs and facilitating coordination between NGOs, UN bodies, and donors.
    • Supporting humanitarian advocacy initiatives and collaborating with Policy and Government Relations teams.
    • Assisting with communication channels and internal coordination across teams.
    • Managing the Protection Website and ensuring timely information dissemination.
    • Coordinating participation in events and supporting the Humanitarian Advisory Committee.

    Eligibility

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • At least 3 years of professional experience in humanitarian systems and coordination.
    • Strong understanding of humanitarian policy and advocacy.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments.

    Benefits

    The Coordinator will receive a salary between $60,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a competitive benefits package, including medical insurance options and comprehensive employee benefits.
