Overview
This role offers experienced development professionals the opportunity to work within one of the world’s leading philanthropic initiatives focused on reducing methane emissions across critical sectors including energy, agriculture, and waste management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead donor pipeline development and management
- Define and implement donor engagement stages
- Track fundraising progress and donor activity
- Manage CRM systems and donor records
- Coordinate strategic donor engagement opportunities
- Support relationship management across international donor groups
- Conduct prospect research aligned with organisational priorities
- Monitor philanthropic trends and sector developments
- Analyse donor giving patterns
- Identify opportunities to expand international donor networks
- Prepare donor meeting briefings and materials
- Support senior leadership during donor engagements
- Draft donor communications and correspondence
- Coordinate stewardship activities
- Plan donor engagement events and convenings
- Collaborate with communications and programme teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, public policy, international development, or related fields
- At least seven years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development strategy
- Proven experience managing donor pipelines and high-value relationships
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Ability to manage confidential and high-priority matters
- Background in climate, environmental, philanthropic, or international development sectors preferred
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Multilingual capabilities and familiarity with international philanthropic networks preferred

- Salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 for U.S.-based hires
